Order Cancellation:

Pre-order Cancellation:

• Pre-ordered products can be canceled before the production process begins. It cannot be canceled after it has entered the production process.

Return Conditions:

• Products can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
• Products to be returned must be unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition.
• For the return process, the invoice or sales receipt must be sent with the product.

Return Process:

• First, contact customer service and request a return form for the product you want to return.
• After filling out the return form, send the product to the specified address.
• After the product inspection is completed and its compliance with the return conditions is approved, your return process will be completed and your payment will be refunded.

Refund in Return Transactions:

• After the return is approved, within 10-14 business days depending on your payment method Your payment will be refunded.
